The open forum will be held on Thursday night, April 25, 2013, at the Parks Baptist Church located at 1359 County Road 171 in Union County from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. This meeting is free, and the public is invited to attend.</description>

<description>Jackson, Mississippi (April 10, 2013) – At the April meeting of the Public Service Commission, Northern District Commissioner Brandon Presley requested a formal review of Mississippi’s electric utilities’ metering policies and procedures. The Public Utilities Staff will work in conjunction with Commission staff to conduct the review, which will cover both investor owned utilities and electric power associations.</description>

<title>Presley Announces $1.2 Million Refund to Hernando High School Due to Wrong Power Bills from Entergy (04-08-2013)
</title>
<description>Jackson, Mississippi (April 8, 2013) – Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley announced today the 
reimbursement of $1,230,313.55 to Hernando High School by Entergy Mississippi for over a decade of high electricity bills. 
From September 2001 to July 2012, Entergy over billed the school for electricity usage for an amount just under a million 
dollars. At Presley’s insistence, Entergy agreed to additionally pay interest in the amount of $236,312.56.</description>

<title>Presley Announces $3,000 Settlement for Alleged Violations of "No-Call" Law by Team Tech Solutions (01-08-2013)

<description>Jackson, Mississippi (January 8, 2013) – Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley announced today 
that the Mississippi Public Service Commission has received a signed settlement agreement from Team Tech Solutions 
for $3,000 for alleged violations of the Mississippi No Call Law. The settlement is related to investigatory costs 
involving complaints of unauthorized telephone solicitation the PSC received and the fact they did not register with the PSC.</description>
