The Mississippi Public Service Commission (MSPSC) and the Mississippi Public Utilities Staff (MPUS) staff have implemented electronic filing in accordance with the Mississippi Administrative Procedures Law beginning on October 17, 2005.

All documents that are filed with MSPSC or submitted to MPUS may now be delivered via e-mail, facsimile or submitted online via the link below. Please read the Electronic Filing User’s Guide for complete instructions on filing your documents electronically.
