Rule 58 - Purity of Water

All water furnished by any utility for human consumption or for domestic uses shall be pure, wholesome, potable, not dangerous to health and insofar as practicable, free from objectionable odor and taste. All water furnished by any utility for human consumption or household purposes shall comply with all requirements of the Mississippi State Board of Health.
