- New business load (existing or new businesses qualify)
- Must employee a minimum of (20) full time employees
- Have a monthly peak demand in excess of 10,000 kVA
- Enter into a five (5) year electric service contract
- Existing building that meets this criteria: vacant for six (6) months; adequate facilities in place to serve load; and served by a single meter
- Take service before January 1, 2013
- Existing or new businesses will qualify as new business load
Scheduled discounts are based on months of service:
- 20% for months 1 to 12
- 15% for months 13 to 24
- 10% for months 25 to 36
- Scheduled up to 36 months
- Applies as per customer rate schedule
